omogle Terms of Service | Camera Battles, Ratings & Plans
Effective date: May 7, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of omogle at `omogle.org`. If you create an account, enter a play flow, buy a plan, or otherwise use the service, you agree to these terms.
Service scope
omogle is an independent live camera battle product. The service may include public pages, account login, camera checks, local scan, match queue, battle results, ratings, leaderboard, pricing, payments, support, and moderation.
Account and login
You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. omogle currently supports Google OAuth and email/password login when production credentials are configured.
Camera and gameplay
You are responsible for what appears on your camera and for how you behave in matches. Do not use omogle to expose illegal, unsafe, harassing, exploitative, or non-consensual content. Camera permission is controlled by the browser and may be required for gameplay.
Payments and plans
Prices, plan names, benefits, renewals, and checkout terms shown at purchase are part of your order. Pricing may change before launch discussions are finalized. Refund handling is described in the Refund Policy.
Ratings and leaderboard
Ratings, scores, tiers, and leaderboard placement are product mechanics, not guarantees of status, identity, fairness, or commercial value. omogle may adjust formulas, remove abusive entries, or reset seasonal data when needed.
Prohibited behavior
You may not abuse the queue, spoof device ids, automate traffic, bypass moderation, harass users, upload malware, scrape the service, reverse engineer private APIs, abuse payments, or use omogle in a way that creates legal, safety, or operational risk.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, omogle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, or business interruption damages.

Inactive accounts
Omogle may schedule an eligible unpaid account for deletion after at least 30 consecutive days without recorded activity. A scheduled account receives 30 days' advance notice and a reminder seven days before deletion. Signing in or selecting the keep-account confirmation cancels the schedule. This rule excludes accounts with successful payment history, an active subscription, or refund, chargeback, or dispute history. Any unused free or promotional credits expire when the account is deleted.
