omogle Privacy Policy | Accounts, Camera & Battle Data
Effective date: May 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how omogle collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit `omogle.org`, create an account, use camera-based game features, buy a plan, contact support, or submit a report.
Key points upfront
- Camera permission is requested by your browser. The current beta keeps the scan local until a live room feature is enabled.
- Battle results, ratings, display names, reports, payments, and account data may be stored so omogle can operate the service.
- Google OAuth, GA4, Zeptomail, Stripe, Cloudflare, Neon, R2, and notification providers may be configured separately for production.
Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, login method, profile image, locale, and account timestamps.
- Game data: device id, display name, rating, best score, wins, losses, draws, streak, match result, idempotency key, and report details.
- Camera and browser data: camera permission state, device/browser metadata, local storage identifiers, page views, and request logs. Camera frames should not be uploaded unless a live battle feature explicitly requires it.
- Payment data: order status, plan, subscription state, billing metadata, and webhook events. Full card numbers are handled by payment processors.
- Support and moderation data: messages, report reasons, notes, screenshots or evidence you choose to provide, and review history.
How we use information
We use information to operate omogle, create and secure accounts, run the play flow, calculate ratings, show leaderboards, process payments, investigate reports, prevent abuse, send service emails, debug errors, and comply with law.
Sharing and retention
We may share information with hosting, database, analytics, email, payment, security, and support vendors when needed to run the service. We retain information as long as reasonably needed for service operation, accounting, security, abuse review, legal compliance, and backups.
Your choices
You can use browser controls to deny or revoke camera access. Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of certain personal data by emailing support@omogle.org from your account email.
Children and safety
omogle is not directed to children. Do not use omogle if you are not old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction or if local law does not allow your use.

Inactive account retention
For verified accounts with no recorded activity for at least 30 consecutive days, we may schedule deletion only when our records show no successful payment, active subscription, refund, chargeback, or payment dispute. We send an account-status notice when the 30-day deletion window starts and a reminder seven days before deletion. Signing in or using the keep-account link cancels the schedule. Free or promotional credits do not prevent deletion. Records that must be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or email-suppression purposes are separated, minimized, and retained only for the applicable period.
